Program Content

Module 1: Universal Vision

Module 1 presents and codifies the universal vision—a vision that honors, integrates and advances the ecosystems for leadership, business, industry, community and our global society.

Module 2: Tuning The Leader’s Brand

The discipline of leadership has various interpretations though has one true state. This is its brand. In Module 2, we use cultural examples to convey the non-sensory matters of the leader’s brand. Through incremental coaching, Module 2 enables leaders to tune their brand to this highly admired state.

Module 3: Modernizing Leadership

Module 3 reveals leadership to be as sophisticated as a martial art. Attendees are given many advanced and accessible leadership techniques through the many “belts” (levels) of a leader, which enables them to move mountains.

Module 4: Rite Of Passage

Module 4 maps out the leader’s call to adventure. Through the many levels of a leader, coaching transforms leaders from interim champions to those that people want to follow.

Module 5: Critical Mass

Team often function efficiently throughout a project with minimal leader intervention. When the team functions efficiently from project to project and expands their contribution with minimal leader intervention, the team has established critical mass. Such a team validates the talent of the leader. Module 5 provides the road map leaders need to establish a sustainable critical mass, which enables them to concentrate on higher ambitions.

Module 6: Succession

The final task of a leader is to enable the next generation of leaders to continue the Leadership 3.0 philosophy ad infinitum. Module 6 shares the structure of succession through the multiple levels of a leader and enables them with the techniques that quicken the pace through each level.
